Permaculture garden visit

Service Description

La Rondavelle is en eco-friendly lodge. Everything is done to reduce its impacts on the environment. Permaculture was an evident choice for the lodge, because the aim of this kind of culture is the development of agricultural ecosystems intended to be sustainable and self-sufficient. No pesticides are used, and the compost comes from the organic waste of the lodge. The gardeners collect the vegetables and the fruits for the kitchen, this is why the food is always fresh at the restaurant. There are in the garden eggplants, papayas, physalis, bananas, peppers among others. Not part of the permaculture but still in the garden are the animals (guinea fowls, pigs, chickens, goats, ...), also in the garden. You'll also see all kinds of flowers are in the garden too, attracting insects such as butterflies. The visit is done by one of the gardeners or by Patrick (owner of the place).
