Service Description

Chilumba community Hospital has many buildings including a maternity ward, a room reserved for HIV tests, houses for paramedics, a laboratory, ... Unfortunately, the hospital receives few subsidies from the government and NGOs. The lack of money leads to complications in the maintenance of buildings as well as water and electricity bills. Public hospitals are free, so the sources of money are very limited. During the visit, you start in the main building, where doctors receive their patients in consultation. Then you continue through the other buildings, mainly dedicated to mothers and their newborns and pregnant women. The visit lasts one hour during the afternoon (there are more patients in the morning). The visit is really interesting for professional of the medical sector, but is available to everyone. Price : From 1 person to 10 people : $5
